A confirmation email has been sent with your booking details, access information, and everything you need to know before your session.

Before You Arrive

Please bring:
• 2 towels — 1 for drying and 1 to sit on in the sauna
• A water bottle

Please arrive well hydrated and continue to hydrate after your session.

Session Information

Why Booking Times Are Slightly Longer

Reset sessions are 25 minutes and Recover sessions are 55 minutes.

Bookings are shown as 30 minutes or 1 hour to give you time to enter, settle in, move safely between equipment, and exit without feeling rushed.

This also allows a short reset period between bookings so the space stays clean, calm, and ready for the next guest.

Sessions are fully private for up to 2 people.

Before leaving, please:
• Leave the space clean and tidy
• Use the squeegee where needed
• Put the cover back on the ice bath
