TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking and using ResetBox, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the facility.

  1. Nature of Service
    ResetBox provides a self-guided, unmanned recovery space. No staff are present. You are responsible for your own safety and use of the facilities at all times.

  2. Eligibility
    Use is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or over.

  3. Booking & Access
    Access is granted via a time-limited PIN code active only during your booked session only.
    Unauthorised access or sharing of access codes may result in immediate termination and banning.

  4. Capacity
    A maximum of two people may use the facility per session. Solo use is permitted; however, you acknowledge and accept that doing so carries increased risk.

  5. Conduct & Use
    You agree to:

  • Use all equipment as intended

  • Follow all instructions and signage

  • Leave the unit clean and tidy

  • Use the squeegee to remove excess water

You must not:

  • Use the facility under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Tamper with equipment, controls, or settings

  • Adjust sauna temperature or system settings

  • Engage in unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour

Any breach may result in immediate termination of your session and permanent ban.

  1. Session Timing & Overstaying
    Your session must end at the allocated time.
    Overstaying may:

  • Interrupt other users

  • Result in additional charges

  • Lead to termination of access and denial of future bookings

  1. Health & Responsibility
    You confirm that you are medically fit to use the facilities.
    You are responsible for assessing your own suitability for heat, cold, and recovery equipment.

  2. Unmanned Facility
    ResetBox is an unmanned facility. You are responsible for monitoring your own condition and exiting if unwell.

  3. Emergency
    In an emergency:

  • Exit the unit immediately

  • Call 999

  • Use what3words: ///local.book.protester

  1. CCTV
    CCTV is in operation externally for security and safety purposes. No recording takes place inside the unit.

  2. Personal Belongings
    ResetBox accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

  3. Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResetBox accepts no liability for injury, illness, or adverse effects resulting from use of the facilities.
    Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

  4. Right to Refuse Service
    ResetBox reserves the right to refuse access, terminate sessions, or ban users at its discretion.

  5. Agreement
    By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  6. Updates to Terms and Conditions

ResetBox reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the facilities after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
