By booking and using ResetBox, you confirm the following:

  1. Acknowledgement of Risk
    You understand that use of sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and recovery equipment involves exposure to extreme conditions and carries inherent risks including:

  • Heat exhaustion, dehydration, burns

  • Cold shock, breathing difficulties, hypothermia

  • Dizziness, fainting, or loss of consciousness

  • Cardiovascular stress

  1. Voluntary Participation
    Your use of ResetBox is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

  2. Unmanned Facility
    You acknowledge that:

  • ResetBox is an unmanned, self-service facility

  • No supervision or medical assistance is provided

  • You are responsible for monitoring your condition at all times

  1. Solo Use
    You acknowledge that using the facility alone may increase risk.
    You accept full responsibility for choosing to use the facility individually.

  2. Health Declaration
    You confirm that:

  • You are aged 18 or over

  • You are medically fit to use the facilities

  • You have no condition that would make use unsafe

If unsure, you confirm you have sought medical advice before use.

  1. Responsibility
    You agree to:

  • Use the facilities within your personal limits

  • Exit immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, or uncomfortable

  • Follow all guidance, instructions, and time limits

  • You agree not to use the facilities under the influence of alcohol or drugs

    ResetBox does not provide medical advice, treatment, or therapy.
    Any guidance provided is for general information only.

  2. Release of Liability
    You accept full responsibility for your use of the facilities and release ResetBox from any claims arising from:

  • Misuse of equipment

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Undisclosed medical conditions

Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.
