If you have any underlying health conditions or concerns, you should seek medical advice before attending and ensure you meet our T&Cs. Always start gradually and use the facilities at your own pace.

No — The ResetBox is a self-access, unmanned facility. You’ll receive full instructions before your session and access the unit using your unique code.

Yes — Toilet facilities are located just outside the unit to the rear. As the space is self-access, you will need to exit and re-enter using your access code, so please make sure you have it with you/remember it. You don’t want to get stuck outside in your swimwear!

We ask that you leave the unit as you would expect to find it. Please use the squeegee to clear excess water into the drain and take all belongings with you. The unit is professionally cleaned on a regular basis, but user care helps maintain a high standard for every session.

Each booking is private for up to 2 people. The space is exclusively yours for the duration of your session. Please ensure only the names that are booked in are the ones that attend.
